Sarah Heinrich has been selected by the Gannett Peak staff as April’s Star Influencer of the Month. This is a well-deserved recognition of her outstanding teamwork, positivity, and commitment to building strong relationships. As the heart of the front office, Sarah keeps the school running smoothly while creating a warm, welcoming environment for students, staff, and families alike. She consistently handles even the most busy situations with calm professionalism and supports teachers in countless ways. With her friendly smile and ability to wear many hats, Sarah makes a meaningful impact on the school community each and every day.

The month of April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month.
Community Participation: Dress-Up Days
To make awareness "Super Fun & Silly" for the kids, we invite everyone to participate in our themed dress-up days from April 20th to April 23rd.
Monday, April 20th: Wear Silly Socks & Superhero Shirts.
Tuesday, April 21st: Wear Boots to "Stomp Out" Child Abuse.
Wednesday, April 22nd: Wear Blue to "Go Blue! Prevent Abuse!".
Thursday, April 23rd: Wear a Team Jersey to "Team Up" to protect children.

April 7th's Special School Board Meeting has been canceled. The next regularly scheduled School Board meeting is on Tuesday April 21st at 6pm.

Abby Bryce, 1st grade teacher at Gannett Peak, was selected by her colleagues as March's Star Influencer of the Month for exemplifying teamwork, positivity, and strong relationships. Known for her calm, kind, and empathetic nature, Abby consistently puts students first and creates a classroom where children feel valued and loved. Her positive attitude and supportive approach make her a wonderful teammate and a deserving recipient of this recognition.

This week at GPE, we celebrated Dr. Seuss Week! We wrapped up the week by dressing up as the Lorax and having lots of fun.

Yesterday, one of our students spent their Cougar Paws at the Cougar Corner Store and purchased a visit from our very own Officer Cox!👮♂️🐾
