Way to go Hadassah and Cora!

So proud of Kristy Nelson, Instructional Facilitator and Cami Kostreva, Reading Interventionist -- representing LVHS today as they present at the Literacy Research Association annual conference in Atlanta on the great work happening in our district around Disciplinary Literacy!

Did Santa visit early? No, but we do have a bunch of new XBox consoles for the LVHS E-Sports competition team! We'll be setting them up for use in student competitions later this month.

LMS had our first Super Saber Day last week! Students earned a choice of activities by having their work turned in and making responsible choices during the month of November. Students with missing assignments used the time to get caught up and then were able to join in the fun. Super Saber Days will happen at the end of each month. All students with no more than three missing assignments and no lunch detentions or major behavior referrals during that month will be eligible. Every month is a fresh start, and we have lots of options to stay on top of getting work turned in. Our next Super Saber Day will be December 20th!

Way to go Paul and Lei'Lani.

Our first round of winners was selected in a bingo drawing for a take-out lunch with a principal! Students are entered into the drawing by earning a 'Keep it Up' ticket for making great choices every day.

Due to the ongoing state network outage, tonight's School Board meeting (11-19) will not be accessible on Zoom. We regret the inconvenience.

As of noon on Tuesday 11-19, phone and Internet communications at all District sites are down. This is due to a regional issue with the Wyo State Government network and as of 2pm we still do not have an estimated time for service restoration. Your patience is appreciated.

Our National Honor Society students are honored to help with the Friday night Good Samaritan Community Meal! Such a great event for our community and experience for our students!

Not even sure I should advertise, but LVHS' rendition of The Sound of Music is absolute fire, as it sold out on both Thursday and Friday! Tonight, Sat 11/16, is your last chance but get there early or you will miss a great show! Well done Tiger Community, well done!

Today Pathfinder HS students created their own "flavors" of Pop-Tarts as part of their positive behavior PBIS activity. Check out these weird flavors!

Way to go Paul and Davvis!
