We had a Chromebook party at Baldwin Creek today to get new devices tagged, sorted, and ready for the incoming Fifth Grade class! Big thanks to everyone for helping out!

Fremont 1 staff had the opportunity to learn from Karen Haase, an attorney and nationally recognized school law expert, who worked with us on important topics in special education. We are grateful for her time and expertise in helping us continue to grow and support all students.

Baldwin Creek Elementary is excited to kick off this school year with an Open House tonight (Thursday, 8/21) between 5:30-6:30. Bobcats, please stop to meet teachers, see classrooms, and drop off school supplies if you have them. It is going to be an awesome school year! We are looking forward to seeing our Bobcats tonight!
Gannett Peak staff had a blast today with an unexpected 1980s/1990s "JCPenney Awkward Family Photo" contest. The teachers went all in, and the results were, well... incredibly awkward! We'll save the teachers from public awkwardness and instead recognize the 5 teams who won unique awards in the competition with photos from the awards ceremony only. It's safe to say we're ready for a lot of fun at GPE this year!

This incredible crew has been working hard to make sure the BCE campus is ready to welcome students next week. Austin, Joe, and Wes are a huge part of what makes BCE awesome. They are a strong team, they are always willing to help, and they do a great job! We appreciate all this team does to support the success of our staff and students!

Lincoln Street Still Under Construction update: Currently the 400 and 500 block are closed. Please use alternate routes for school drop-off and pick-up.

Neil Long was recognized tonight as Wyoming's Agriculture in the Classroom Teacher of the Year! BCE is proud of Mr. Long for this achievement and all of the incredible work he does for our students!

We kicked off our Paraprofessional Training with a good old-fashioned scavenger hunt to build district community!
It was a fun way to start the day and a great reminder of the teamwork and energy our paras bring to our schools. We truly appreciate the dedication and care they show our students each and every day!
